You will get to try some of the latest technologies available for improving overall health and wellness. Descriptions of each is in the itinerary below. 

This Retreat has the option of adding one day to the beginning of your Retreat, for those who want complete clarity and a personally designed plan for how to improve overall health and wellness. Your VIP Experience starts one day before the main retreat starts, and adds in three different biofeedback assessments, printouts of each provided .

 

Highlights:

VIP: Biofeedback, HRV “before and after” assessment. Main Retreat: Vielight, Heartmath biofeedback, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, guided walking meditation via personal MP3, cold plunge, hot tub spa.

Retreat Itinerary

This is a sample itinerary, as the retreat can start any day of the week.

Wednesday: VIP Experience

  • Late afternoon: Arrive and enjoy a property tour.
  • Evening: Settle into your room while discussing your upcoming assessments and additional health and wellness tools you will have access to for the duration of your stay.

Thursday: VIP Experience

  • Morning: Heart Rate Variability (HRV) Assessment to gauge your body’s stress levels, including a personalized printout. The VScan HRV System is intended to be used for education and study of peak performance potential of ANS and CNS regulation. This will be your “before” scan.

  • Midmorning: The SCIO Biofeedback Session will address the impact of stress on the body, mind, and spirit. A personalized printout of the impact of stress will be provided.

  • Midafternoon: Create and discuss a health and personalized wellness plan for your return home.
    Late afternoon, the other guests arrive.

  • Late afternoon: Arrive and enjoy a property tour.

  • Evening: Settle into your room while discussing the weekend’s itinerary.

Friday

  • Morning:  Sunrise restorative yoga on the deck.
  • Midmorning: Massages (scheduled at various times to accommodate everyone) and time on the property to relax and unwind.
  • Afternoon: Unwind at the Wellness Spa, which offers options such as a far-infrared sauna, red light therapy, outdoor shower, cold plunge, and hot tub spa.
  • Late afternoon:
    • Vielight-photobiomodulation. Vielight technology is scientifically proven to enhance cognitive ability and increase cerebral blood flow.  Photobiomodulation is a non-invasive, non-thermal light therapy that uses near-infrared light to stimulate cells and tissues. This is a headpiece; the photo is shown below.  (Great for Instagram!)
    • Heartmath Biofeedback: allows you to access a healthy and high-performance state called heart coherence, where your heart and brain are in sync. This helps you prevent or reduce stress, anxiety, and overwhelm, improve health and performance, and clear your thinking for more effective choices to live a healthier, happier life.
  • Evening: Experience a guided Yoga Nidra session under the stars to deepen your relaxation and mindfulness.

Saturday

  • Morning: Begin with a restorative yoga session on the deck, followed by a fresh, organic juice and light breakfast.
  • Late morning: Walking meditation with a personalized MP3 player featuring guided meditations tailored to the unique areas of the property.
  • Afternoon: Massages for those guests who didn’t have their massage the day before.
    • Time on the property to relax and unwind.
  • *VIP Guests: Late Afternoon: Follow-up HRV Assessment (“after” results) -receive printouts from your before and after sessions.
  • Evening: Sit by the fire and stargaze into the vastness of the Universe.

Sunday

  • Late morning: Savor your morning in nature, breathing a bit easier and enjoying time reflecting on your wellness getaway.

Champagne Room

Stay on-site in the Champagne Room for the duration of the retreat. The VIP Experience adds an additional night: Sunday night.

Meals

Includes Sunday lunch and dinner + Monday light breakfast.

Coaching Calls

Includes 2 coaching calls: one before the retreat, and one after.

Personal Meditation

Personal meditation recording done for you to listen to upon your return home.

1:1 Coaching

1:1 Coaching with Michelle. Not available anywhere else.

Hot Tub

Access to hot tub every evening.

 Access to cold plunge every morning.

Yoga Nidra

Private guided meditation on Sunday evening.

The VIP Package is $1,800. Bring a guest for an additional $600. For the Online Course Retreat, both attendees must have taken the course.
